Pillar 01 · Tariff intelligence

A live matrix of every preferential rate.

Eight region-wide ASEAN FTAs plus the active bilaterals. Roughly 5,000 commodity-relevant tariff lines. One page that answers: under which agreement is this shipment cheapest, today, into this country?

  • Every line, every FTA, side by side
ATIGA, RCEP, ACFTA, AIFTA, AJCEP, AKFTA, AANZFTA, AHKFTA, plus the MFN baseline. Only agreements legally applicable to a given corridor are shown.
  • Reconciled against ITC MacMap and national gazettes
Catalogue is reconciled continuously; hotfixes applied when destination-country notifications drop.
  • History you can audit
Every cell is versioned. See what the rate was on the day your shipment cleared customs, with the gazette reference attached.

Pillar 02 · Decision tool

Landed cost, by route, in under a second.

Drop in HS code, origin, destination, and shipment value. Palisade returns the landed cost under every applicable agreement, including freight, insurance, duty, and VAT, with origin rules pre-checked. Agreements that don't legally cover the corridor are marked not applicable, not hidden.

  • All-in cost, not just duty
We model freight bands, insurance, port handling, and destination VAT. The ranking is what your CFO will actually pay.
  • Origin rules verified
RVC, CTH, PSR: each checked against the agreement text and your bill of materials. Lanes that won't pass origin are flagged before you commit.
  • Counterfactual on every shipment
Every booked container ships with a what-if record: which agreement was best, what was used, what it cost you to be wrong.

Pillar 03 · Audit & reconcile

A second opinion on every shipment you've cleared.

Pipe in customs declarations from the last 12 months. Palisade re-prices each one against the catalogue and tells you where your broker missed an FTA, with a refund claim ready to file.

  • Connects where your data lives
EDI feeds, customs portals, broker exports, or a CSV. We normalise to the underlying HS code and origin certificate.
  • Filed refund claims, not just findings
For each gap, Palisade drafts the post-clearance refund letter, references the gazette, and queues it for your broker to lodge.
  • Continuous, not annual
The audit runs on every new declaration. Errors get caught before the 90-day refund window closes, not at year-end.
