Every rule, rate, and event in the catalogue is traced to a primary source — ASEAN Secretariat agreement text, Australian Border Force RCEP documentation, national gazettes, or ITC MacMap — with its effective date and legal instrument reference stored alongside. The catalogue was last refreshed on 18 April 2026. Residual error rate for policy-volatile slices (palm oil, US tariff policy) measured at 20-27% at extraction; we monitor continuously.

Known exclusions

Five things we explicitly do not do yet.

  • Tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) are surfaced but not optimised for.
  • Anti-dumping, countervailing, and safeguard duties are not yet in-scope.
  • Non-tariff measures (NTMs) are flagged but not interpreted.
  • Specific duties (per-kg, per-unit) are converted to ad valorem using reference prices; we flag these as approximate.
  • Products under India's AIFTA Special Products list (including CPO) are tracked but may not offer preferential margin over current MFN.
  • CPTPP and USMCA Product-Specific Rules: scoped but not yet digitised; CPTPP pilot planned Q2 2026.
